Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pronoia.co.in. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship which means we take the time to get every detail right.

1. Processing Time

All of our items are [handcrafted / made-to-order / carefully curated]. Because of this specialized process, please allow 20 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.


2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers. Delivery times depend on your location:

Estimated Shipping Time 

Domestic (Within Country) | 3–7 Business Days |

International (Standard) | 10–21 Business Days |

International (Express) | 5–10 Business Days |

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pronoia.co.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Due to our processing workflow, we can only accommodate address changes within 24 hours of the order being placed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if the carrier loses your package, please contact us at shoppronoia.co.in@gmail.com with your order number. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and make sure you have a unboxing video before filing a claim.
